Effect of early-life Helicobacter pylori infection on diet-induced obesity in C57BL/6JRj mice

The aim of this project was to assess the impact of early-life Helicobacter pylori infection on the fecal and gastrointestinal microbiome composition in C57BL/6JRj mice subjected to either a control or high-fat diet. Fecal pellets were collected longitudinally, to assess changes to the gut microbiome composition over time. Gastrointestinal samples were collected upon termination of the experiment.
