Rider: source data and reproducibility materials for RNA virus discovery

This record contains processed data and reproducibility materials supporting the Rider study. The deposited materials include benchmark datasets, model-prediction outputs, training and sampling data, structure-benchmark and structure-validation resources, global-case results, DNA-mapping validation data, and data underlying the inflammatory bowel disease case study. The record contains data and documentation only; Rider source code, executable scripts, notebooks and rendered figures are not included. Raw sequencing reads from previously published studies are not redistributed; their BioProject, study and run accessions are documented in the accompanying README and Supplementary Tables. The compact Source Data file is supplied separately with the journal submission.
