This project investigates microbial community composition across three research cruises in the North Pacific Ocean conducted in 2016 (G1), 2017 (G2), and 2019 (G3). Seawater samples were collected at multiple depths and stations across a latitudinal transect spanning the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre into the North Pacific Transition Zone. Amplicon sequencing of 16S and 18S rRNA genes was performed using these seawater samples to profile prokaryotic and eukaryotic microbial diversity in this area of the ocean.This BioProject contains 6 seperate datasets:* G1_16S and 18S* G2_16S and 18S* G3_16S and 18S
