Single-Cell ATAC+RNAseq from CD34+ cells of a Primary Myelofibrosis patient evolved to secondary Acute Myeloid Leukemia

To characterize the impact of chromatin remodelers’ mutations in MPN onset and development and identify regulatory elements driving gene expression modulations during disease progression, we performed a single-nucleus RNAseq coupled with single-cell ATACseq experiment on CD34+ cells from the chronic and blast phase of a Primary Myelofibrosis patient. Comparative gene expression and chromatin accessibility profiling analysis of single cell ATAC+RNA-seq data for bone marrow CD34+ cells from during Primary Myelofibrosis (sample1) and after secondary Acute Myeloid Leukemia transformation (sample2).
