资源简介:
The world's elderly population has increased dramatically in recent years. Therefore, it is urgent to quest effective interventions that can slow down the process of ageing and extend the health-span of human. The available evidence suggested that gut dysbiosis may affect the rate of ageing, that is microbiological ageing, highlighting that the key to prolongation of health-span lies in the introduction of useful microbiota. Although previous study reported that potential probiotic supplementation improves a wide range of ageing-related phenotypes of old mice, the underlying mechanisms remains unclear.
