Drawing from real project coordination experience, the research combines survey data and a prototype pilot involving professionals across diverse sectors. Key findings highlight the role of AI in detecting workplace bullying, supporting staff welfare, and enhancing feedback systems through tone analysis, anonymous reporting, and performance check-ins.
