To better understand the global responses of GMSCs to F. nucleatum infection along the time sequence, we performed a genome-wide transcriptome analysis by RNA-sequencing technology to determine the global changes on gene expression level 24 samples from 3 individuals (each individual involved 4 control samples at 3d 7d, 14d and 21d with no F. nucleatum treatment, and 4 experimental samples with F. nucleatum (F. nucleatum:cell=100:1) treatment at the same time point) were sequenced to analysis the whole gene expression level
