The community structure and diversity of endophytic bacteria in saline-alkali tolerant rice seeds of four varieties growing under different salt concentrations were studied by high-throughput sequencing technique, and the core flora of saline-alkali tolerant rice was revealed. the effect of salt concentration on the composition of endophytic bacteria in rice seeds was studied by comparative study.
