SwissLipids

Developed and maintained by the Swiss-Prot and Vital-IT teams at the SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics, this database aims to strengthen the representation of lipid metabolism in the reconstruction of diagnostic tools for genetic metabolic diseases and computational modeling through expert curation and comprehensive enumeration of all possible lipid reactions. SwissLipids receives funding from institutions such as the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) and the European Union's Horizon Europe programme.
