Sediment slurries from an anerobic kelp degradation experiment

Raw 16S and 18S sequencing reads from an experiment looking at the degradation dynamics of sugar kelp (Saccharina latissima) biomass in anaerobic marine sediments, as well as changes in the microbiome associated with the degradation of sugar kelp biomass, mixed marine macrophyte biomass, and polysaccharides common in kelp. Raw metagenomics reads for a subset of the samples sequenced for 16S are also included.
