Metagenomic analysis of soil from two varieties of Artemisia argyi

Two artemisia varieties, HA and QA, were investigated in this study and a range of their characteristics were examined.The analysis of rhizosphere microbial communities revealed significant differences between HA and QA in bacterial, fungal community structures, and the abundance distribution of key species. This study provides an important theoretical foundation and data support for the identification and breeding of Artemisia argyi.
