This scRNA-seq data contain cells from two biological conditions: nonlesional (NL, normal) and lesional (LS, diseased) human skin from patients with atopic dermatitis. We use it to showcase CellChat’s diverse functionalities on cell-cell communication analysis of a single dataset as well as comparison analysis of multiple datasets.
