Genome assemblies and annotations of 11 Symphyta species

This dataset contains genome assembly and annotation data for 11 Symphyta (Hymenoptera) species. The dataset includes assembled genome sequences in FASTA format and corresponding gene annotations in GFF format. Genome assemblies were generated using SPAdes v3.15.5  , and gene annotation was performed using Augustus v3.3.3. These data were generated to investigate the structure, evolution, and selection patterns of condensin and cohesin complex genes across Symphyta species. All data are publicly available to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and reuse in future comparative genomic and evolutionary studies.
