Implementation Model of e-Socialization of Natural Disaster Mitigation in Rural Areas
收藏资源简介:
Climate change and global warming are currently affecting the entire Indonesian archipelago, so the threat of disasters will always occur, both on a small and large scale. This shows Indonesia's vulnerability to disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, floods, droughts, landslides, and other geological disasters. Government efforts to socialize these issues to the public have been carried out, but they need to be accelerated so that the public can immediately understand and carry out mitigation and adaptation, including communities in rural areas. Through the implementation of a Knowledge Management System, which can be accessed from people's gadgets, independent socialization and dissemination of disaster mitigation socialization programs can be improved. The factor analysis method was used to process respondent data to identify key factors in system performance, and the regression analysis method was used to build a measurement model that can represent the current conditions of independent mitigation socialization results and also to develop future implementation strategies. The results of the study indicate that disaster knowledge management, strategic socialization, knowledge transfer paradigms, social empowerment, and community development must be considered to maximize this independent socialization and make it more effective.
