Experimental Social Utility Data of 70 Recent Movers or Thinking Movers for Single Detached(-like) Homes in Saskatoon, SK, in 1987

Seventy anonymous respondents in Saskatoon, SK, rated the desirability of single-detached(-like) homes in a human-computer simulation game. Displayed homes were described with levels of 12 attributes of the dwelling unit, neighbourhood environment, neighbours, and home accessibilities. Primary research data are each respondent’s unconstrained social utilities for levels of these attributes that were statistically decomposed by a nonmetric conjoint analysis program.
