METTL3 in Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

To investigate the role of METTL3 in diabetic cardiomyopathy, 6-week-old mice were fed either a chow diet or high-fat diet (HFD) for 18 weeks followed by low doses of STZ injections, some of the mice were then injected with AAV expressing control or METTL3 in cardiomyocytes for 8 weeks. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data from heart tissues from mice treated with control or METTL3 overexpression.
