Development of the maize low-density GBTS panel

We aimed to design a low-density genotyping platform using the genotyping by target sequencing (GBTS) technology. The markers of the new-developed GBTS platform were selected from diverse resources including these uploaded data. These data contain young ear transcriptomes of A314 and LH209 with three replicates.
