Binarized feature matrices and pre-computed rule outputs used by the reproduce_results.ipynb notebook in the scrules repository (https://github.com/erin-feiglin/scrules).Contents:- Card B (GSE274113): binary ATAC/RNA matrices + pair/compound rules for 19 CRISPRi TF KDs in K562 cells (10x Multiome).- Card C (GSE194122): binary ATAC/RNA matrices + rules for 3 BMMC cell-type contrasts (10x Multiome).- Card D (GSE200201): binary ATAC/RNA matrices + pair/compound rules for 4 SWI/SNF KOs in AML cells (SHARE-seq).Raw data are available from GEO under the accessions listed above. Preprocessing scripts are in sprints/card-{b,c,d}-*/scripts/ in the main project repository.
