Whole transcriptome sequencing of U87 glioma cells transfected with shScramble or DNAJC10-shRNA

This dataset contains whole transcriptome sequencing data of human glioma U87 cells with two different transfection treatments: shScramble (control group) and DNAJC10-shRNA (experimental group targeting DNAJC10). The purpose of this sequencing is to investigate the effect of DNAJC10 knockdown on the gene expression profile of glioma U87 cells, aiming to identify differentially expressed genes and related molecular pathways affected by DNAJC10 depletion in glioma cells.
