Real transaction data for apartment rent (jeonse and wolse) in Seoul, South Korea. The dataset contains 1,220,346 records with 19 features, covering all 25 districts of Seoul with monthly granularity. Jeonse refers to a large lump-sum deposit with no monthly rent, while Wolse involves a smaller deposit plus monthly rent payments. Data is sourced from Koreas Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (국토교통부) via the official data.go.kr API. Features include apartment name, construction year, transaction date, deposit amount, monthly rent amount, exclusive area, floor number, land lot number, administrative district, contract type, contract term, and other detailed information.
