资源简介:
RNA-sequencing analysis of control and SMYD3-knockdown MDA-MB-231 tumors from the mammary glands of orthotopic xenograft NOD/SCID mice. SMYD3 (also known as KMT3E), a hisone H3 lysine K4 methyltransferase, is highly expressed in several human cancers, including colorectal and breast carcinomas. Results provide insight into the transcriptional regulation of SMYD3 in breast cancer. MDA-MB-231 cells stably infected with lentiviruses encoding either control (pGIPZ vectror) or SMYD3 shRNA (pGIPZ-shSMYD3) were orthotopically injected into mice. Total RNA was isolated from control and SMYD3 knockdown MDA-MB-231 tumors from the mammary glands of orthotopic xenograft NOD/SCID mice using Trizol reagent. For each of the 2 conditions, 2 biological replicates were included. In total, 4 RNA-sequencin samples were analyzed; 2 controls and 2 SMYD3 knockdown MDA-MB-231 tumors.
