Using the wide range of targeted technologies and a combination of means (UPLC-MS/MS detection platform, self-built database, and multivariate statistical analysis), the addition of SBS was found to restore the levels of metabolites pathways (e.g., L-malic acid, N-acetyl-aspartic acid, N-acetyl-l-alanine, etc.) in rats, which means that the metabolic damage induced by CCl<sub>4</sub>was alleviated.
本研究采用多类靶向技术并结合多种检测分析手段(超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测平台、自建数据库与多变量统计分析方法),经分析发现补充SBS可使大鼠体内代谢通路相关代谢物的水平(如L-苹果酸(L-malic acid)、N-乙酰天冬氨酸(N-acetyl-aspartic acid)、N-乙酰-L-丙氨酸(N-acetyl-L-alanine)等)恢复正常,这表明四氯化碳(CCl₄)诱导的代谢损伤得到有效缓解。
