This volume records details of the boys enrolled at the Annexe operated by Newcastle Boys High School on the premises of the Technical College in Hunter Street, Newcastle, in the years 1932 and 1933. The volume is organised by the several fourth- and fifth-year classes taught at the Annexe. The information given for each class includes each pupils name, age and home address; the subjects taken by each boy; his Intermediate Certificate pass; the aim or post-Leaving Certificate intentions of each boy; and lists of students issued with tram or train passes. Enclosures in the volume include class time-tables for 1933, correspondence from the District Superintendent, Department of Road Transport and Tramways, on the subject of travel passes, and a copy of the Annexes Leaving Certificate Examination Form of Entry for 1933 giving the details of those boys who were to sit for that years examination.The volume consists of a single gathering, folded and stapled, between rigid card boards with a cloth spine. The spine is torn and the covers loose, but the volume is complete.
