Data and analysis code for a systematic review and meta-analysis of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for chronic non-specific low back pain

Changes in this version: The syntheses now include the three sham-controlled trials retained after a post hoc INSPECT-SR trustworthiness assessment (Chang 2026; ExTraStim, Patricio 2026; Zhu 2026). Six initially eligible studies were excluded. Input files for post-treatment pain (mean difference, 0-10 scale) and exploratory disability/function (standardised effect), exactly as used in the locked models. Meta_Analysis_Reproducibility_V2.R reproduces the REML/Hartung-Knapp models, the prediction interval, Wald and Hartung-Knapp leave-one-out analyses, and the sensitivity analyses in Table 2 and Supplementary Table S20. The original R output logs (R 4.6.1, metafor 5.2-1) are included. Arm-level source values for the three retained trials; outcome-specific RoB 2 judgements with signalling-question responses for all nine initially eligible studies (18 results); INSPECT-SR judgements; GRADE summary; PRISMA counts; report linkage; historical results.
