This study aims to analyze Paspalum notatum Flugge transcriptome submitted to water deficit in order to identify genes and pathways differentially expressed, and to understand the strategies used by the grass to cope with drought. Paspalum notatum was cultivated in pots and in triplicate. Leaf samples were collected in two conditions: without water deficit with 28% relative soil moisture (control) and after five days of stress when the soil moisture reached 6% (treatment ).
