Supporting data for “Large-scale Image-based Morphological Profiling: From Instrumentation to High-dimensional Single-cell Analysis”

Data used in the thesis titled "Large-scale Image-based Morphological Profiling: From Instrumentation to High-dimensional Single-cell Analysis", including MDA-MB231 data, MCF7 data, and Vero E6 data, are provided here.

High-throughput imaging flow cytometry system was used to capture the single-cell images at subcellular resolution. Regarding the breast cancer cells (MDA-MB231 and MCF7), the data of multi-contrast images (including quantitative phase and fluorescence) are provided. Regarding the Vero E6 cells, the data of high-dimensional features (extracted based on the label-free images of individual single cells) are provided.
