A Meta-Taxonomic Analysis of Gut Microbiota of a Gill Breather Cirrhinus mrigala under dissolved oxygen stressed condition

Aim of this project is to explore the gut microbial community of a gill breather fish Cirrhinus mrigala to open up a diverse, complex, and exclusive intestinal bacterial community present in the gut of intestinal breather responsible for the survival of fish during extreme environmental conditions.
