Scientifically and accurately evaluating the influence of WeChat Official Accounts holds great theoretical and practical significance for clarifying the characteristics of WeChat information dissemination, deeply excavating its communication potential, and further standardizing and guiding communication behaviors on the WeChat platform. However, analyzing the influence of WeChat accounts solely using metrics such as reading volume and likes is overly one-sided. Therefore, this system adopts the unified data indicator of WeChat Communication Index (WCI) to assess the dissemination influence of articles published by WeChat accounts in Shanxi Province among WeChat users, providing data references for evaluating the influence of WeChat accounts in Shanxi and deeply exploring their communication capabilities. The WeChat Communication Index reflects the communication capacity and effect of accounts based on their dissemination performance.
### Indicator System
#### Collected Data:
Daily average reading volume, daily average likes, average reading volume per article, average likes per article, maximum reading volume, maximum likes
#### Evaluation Dimensions:
The evaluation is conducted across three core dimensions: overall dissemination power (O), average per-article dissemination power (A), and peak dissemination power (P).
#### WeChat Communication Index (WCI)
1. Overall Dissemination Power (O) (42%): 85% weighted by daily average reading count, 15% weighted by daily average likes count
2. Average Per-Article Dissemination Power (A) (42%): 85% weighted by average reading count per article, 15% weighted by average likes count per article
