Using DC specific mTORC2 deficient mice we showed that mTORC2 deficiency abrogates cytoskeleton organization, decreases the activation of Rac1 and Cdc42 GTPases and DC migration to the mesenteric lymph nodes, thereby diminishing the number of primed T cells, especially T helper 17 cells, and consequent infiltration of T effector cells in the lamina propria.
