Single cell RNA-seq data in the immune cells and endothelial cells isolated from spinal cord of EAE mice upon Ang2 blockade and overexpression

Here we show that Ang2 blockade suppressed the EAE-induced activation of immune cells and endothelial cells in the spinal cord. In contrast, Ang2 overexpression promoted the EAE-induced activation of immune cells and endothelial cells. All the samples were analyzed using the Chromium Single-cell 3'RNA-sequencing system. Overall design: We analyzed in total 4 samples, targeting cell number for all the samples are 10,000.
