This Mendeley Dataset contains pre-processed data and code required to re-create the figures in 'Post-transplantation clonal dynamics of hematopoietic stem cells carrying prenatal and early-life DNMT3A mutations.' (Derks & Müskens et al., 2025, Hemasphere)

All preprocessed (somatic mutation) data types are available in two versions, corresponding to the set of HSPCs used for germline filtering.
'refpair 1': germline reference set 1 is used (Germline A,Fig. 1B)
'refpair 2'': germline reference set 2 is used (Germline B,Fig. 1B)
