The dataset contains morphological, structural, and electrochemical data collected during the development and characterization of a paper‑based electrochemical device incorporating an electrospun poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) nanofiber mat as a lipophilic support. Morphological data are derived from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of the nanofiber mat surface and cross‑section, documenting fiber formation, network structure, porosity, and mat architecture. Electrochemical data include cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry measurements recorded using a multi‑electrode paper‑based cell designed to support a stable liquid–liquid interface. The dataset covers background electrolyte characterization, probe ion transfer experiments, reproducibility measurements from independently assembled devices, concentration‑dependent studies, and comparative measurements using ionic probes with different lipophilicities. Together, the dataset documents the materials properties of the electrospun PVC mat and the experimental framework used to evaluate ion‑transfer processes in a miniaturized electrochemical platform.
