Processed and quality checked FT-ICR MS data for original aqueous extracts for a topsoil and a subsoil, the stream water inoculum and all experimental samples analyzed with DI-ESI-FT-ICR MS (data underlying figures 4). The complete molecular formula assignments ("BOR23_formulas.smp23_2024-03-13.csv") and aggregated values ("BOR23_eval.summary.smp23_2024-03-13.csv") as well as a definition file are provided (""Repository_file_definition_2022_09_05.csv).
