Geospatial raster, vector and stratified validation-point data for peat swamp forest and forest-cover loss screening in the Lac Télé–Likouala-aux-Herbes landscape, Republic of the Congo, 2001–2024
收藏资源简介:
This record provides a versioned geospatial dataset archive (`outputs_all.zip`) for peat swamp forest and forest-cover loss screening in the Lac Télé–Likouala-aux-Herbes landscape (Republic of the Congo), covering 2001–2024. The archive contains source and derived geospatial rasters (GeoTIFF), vector boundaries and validation points (GeoJSON and GeoPackage), tabular summary and quality-assurance outputs (CSV), and quick-look and publication-ready figures (PNG). Core contents include clipped Hansen Global Forest Change rasters (`lossyear` and `treecover2000`), a simplified Congo peat map (100 m), derived loss-on-peat-swamp masks, annual loss time series (wide and tidy formats), threshold sensitivity results (10/30/50% forest baseline definitions), raster QA summaries, class-frequency tables, a stratified candidate validation-point sample, and a canonical corrected summary metrics table (`summary_metrics_corrected.csv`). The dataset is designed to support reproducible remote-sensing analysis, protected-area screening, method benchmarking, and downstream manual/independent validation. File names and folder structure have been preserved to remain fully compatible with the accompanying reproducible R Markdown workflow (`WWL_V6.Rmd`) and the associated Data Descriptor manuscript. Users should not rename files within the archive if they intend to rerun the workflow without modification. The code workflow is maintained separately in a public GitHub repository (armelbatchi; repository URL provided in the associated manuscript and code archive record).
