Rnmt and Ram regulate the activated CD4 T cell transcriptome

We investigated the role of RNMT and its cofactor RAM in T cells using conditional knockout mouse models. We demonstrate that RNMT and RAM have broadly overlapping roles in CD4 T cell activation. Overall design: Sequencing of rRNA-depleted RNA from 20 hour activated CD4 T cells from Rnmt fl/fl CD4cre (Rnmt cKO), Rnmt fl/fl (Rnmt control), Ram fl/fl CD4cre (Ram cKO) and Ram fl/fl (Ram control) mice.
