Supporting data for “Establishment of high-throughput screening platform for the identification of pharmacological drugs in modulating early trophoblast differentiation from human Expanded Potential Stem Cells”

According
to the structure of my thesis, the data were divided into three parts. The data in
first folder introduced the early expanded potential stem cell trophoblast
differentiation; The second folder included the data of drug screening and
validation results. The last fold showed the studies of selected compounds and
target genes which including in vitro and in vivo studies. Figures and
tabulated data are both involved and uploaded.

依据本论文的结构安排，数据被划分为三个部分。首个文件夹中包含了早期扩展的潜能干细胞滋养层分化的相关数据；第二个文件夹收录了药物筛选及验证结果的数据。最后一个文件夹则展示了针对选定化合物和目标基因的研究，其中包括体外和体内实验的研究成果。图表和数据表格均包含在内，并已上传。
