Reproducibility Data and Analysis Scripts for Gtr91 Poly-A Repeat-Length Variation in the Klebsiella pneumoniae KL25 Capsular Locus

This dataset provides supporting data, reference sequences, and analysis scripts for the study entitled "Poly-A Repeat Length Variation Is Associated with Predicted Coding-Frame Disruption of Gtr91 in the Klebsiella pneumoniae KL25 Capsular Locus." The archive includes isolate-level information for 1,595 quality-filtered KL25 genome assemblies, including assembly accession numbers, multilocus sequence types, Gtr91 Poly-A repeat-length assignments, predicted coding-integrity classifications, and supporting evidence. Additional materials include comparative coding-integrity results for 14 capsule-associated genes in 775 assemblies, regional homology records comprising 67 matches across 60 K-locus types, and evidence from local sequence-rescue and representative sequencing-read analyses. A Python verification script is provided to reproduce the principal summary statistics from the archived data. The original analysis scripts are included for methodological transparency. Full end-to-end reanalysis from the original genome assemblies has not been independently validated in a clean computational environment. All coding-integrity and protein-domain interpretations are computational predictions and do not constitute experimental confirmation of protein function.
