Nest Exodus Data

This data was collected during two experiments that examined the effect of incubation temperature on the nest exodus behavior of wood duck ducklings. Wood duck eggs were collected from nest boxes at the Savannah River Site in South Carolina, USA. Eggs were incubated and experiments were conducted at Virginia Tech. The zip file contains two Excel spreadsheets. One is data from the Individual Experiment, where ducklings were tested on their ability to exit a nest box individually. The other is data from the Pairs Experiment, where ducklings were tested in mixed incubation temperature pairs.
