资源简介:
Indonesia’s most popular non-cash payment method is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard or QRIS, which makes payment easier and supports digital economy. Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses (MSMEs) financial inclusion is greatly aided by QRIS. User Satisfaction and the Intention To Use QRIS as a non-cash payment option are influenced by Perceived Security, Ease of Use, and Trust. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the study surveyed component elements that influence user satisfaction and intention to adopt QRIS. The researcher uses a quantitative approach, collecting data on QRIS user experience across social media platforms, using a purposive sampling technique. With a total of 460 valid responses from the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (JABODETABEK) areas that have used QRIS. According to the study, perceived usefulness, perceived security, trust, and perceived ease of use all significantly impact user satisfaction, which in turn influences the user's intention to use QRIS. Perceived ease of use influences user satisfaction and intention to use, whereas perceived security builds trust and shows how transaction security affects user confidence. These factors all demonstrate that user experience is paramount. The PLS-SEM analysis confirms all proposed hypotheses, highlighting the relevance of TAM in understanding QRIS adoption within the JABODETABEK area.
