Additional file 2: Table S1. Genes differentially expressed between testes-like gonads at 36 °C and testes at 28 °C from the early developmental switch regime sampled at stage 6. A log-fold change cut-off of − 1 to 1 and P-value cut-off of 0.01 was applied. The “direction” column indicates genes that were upregulated in the testes-like gonads compared with testes (negative log-fold changes), and those that were upregulated in the testes compared with testes-like gonads (positive log-fold changes).
