Soft skills such as communication, flexibility, and leadership were considered to be the biggest skill gap among cybersecurity professionals in 2024. Additionally, 24 percent of respondents mentioned large language models (LLM) SecOps and machine learning SecOps as the areas with the largest skill gaps.
