资源简介:
The Project Talk Trial (PTT) is a three-armed, cluster randomized controlled trial designed to compare the efficacy of two conversation-based advance care planning (ACP) interventions — the Hello game and The Conversation Project Starter Guide — against an attention control condition (Table Topics) in promoting ACP behaviors among diverse, underserved populations across the United States. Community hosts were recruited nationally and randomized to one of the three intervention arms, with randomization stratified by race/ethnicity and rural/urban classification. This repository contains data from qualitative interviews conducted with 26 community hosts who facilitated PTT events. Hosts were interviewed 2–4 weeks following their community event using a semi-structured interview guide grounded in the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR). Interviews explored topics within the CFIR domains of "implementation process," "inner setting," "outer setting," and "innovation," including how hosts organized and advertised their events, the barriers and facilitators they encountered during planning and execution, the community partnerships and relational networks they leveraged, and their experiences with the study's host training portal and resources. This study aimed to systematically evaluate the implementation of the PTT's Community-Based Delivery Model (CBDM) and to examine the strategies, processes, and contextual factors that shaped host experiences across diverse community settings, including urban, rural, Black, White, and Spanish-speaking communities.
