Protocol-aware partner ranking — diagnostic evaluation resource

Freeze aligned to the manuscript and GitHub release partner-rank-eval for: Protocol-aware benchmarking of constrained biological partner ranking: a case study in virus–host PPI. This Zenodo version contains: the inherited large binary artefacts from the prior diagnostic release (retrieval checkpoint, classification checkpoint, and train_protein_pairs.pkl) a GitHub code snapshot matching release partner-rank-eval an archive of processed evaluation files covering the updated HVIDB/IntAct diagnostics, CLI example JSONs, and BindingDB summary metrics used for the manuscript tables/supplement BindingDB note: this archive intentionally ships summary metrics only (weak_retrieve_rerank.json and TABLE5_LOCKED.md), not evalset.json or merged/raw TSV dumps.
