Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) was performed by fixing chondrocytes with formaldehyde, lysing them, and fragmenting chromatin via sonication. Specific antibodies of ZNF148 (Santa Cruz, sc-398148X, 200?g/0.1ml) were used to immunoprecipitate protein-DNA complexes, followed by washing, reverse crosslinking and DNA purification for subsequent RT-qPCR or ChIP-seq analysis Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) analysis targeting ZNF148 in chondrocytes
