FIGF Session OpenCalais Tag Ratings

CSV containing data from an exercise to evaluate the accuracy of tags produced by the OpenCalais service.  The transcripts from a number of sessions from the Friends of the IGF website were passed through OpenCalias to obtain a list of tags.  A panel of human raters were then shown the sessions and the tags, and asked to rate each tag as  "GOOD", "MAYBE" or "BAD".  This dataset contains the ratings applied to each tag.  SessionIDs match those on the Friends of the IGF website, Relevance is the relevance score provided by OpenCalias and AverageRating is a score producted by averaging the human ratings together (0 for good, -1 for maybe, -2 for bad).
