To define Retinoic Acid regulated genes in Human ESC differentiated foregut endoderm, endoderm was treated with or without 2uM Retinoic Acid for 24 hours (day5-6) of differentiation protocol, and bulk RNA-seq was performed on day6 or day9. Treatment with 2uM CHIR99021 and 50ng/mL BMP4 for 72 hours (days6-9) done to mimic respiratory fate inducing signals.
