Transcriptome data of the testis of adult zebrafish mutant individuals

The submitted transcriptome data in this study pertains to the gonadal transcriptome of adult-stage zebrafish. The control group consisted of wild-type (WT) zebrafish, while the experimental group involved zebrafish with a mutation in the ptprfb gene. The mutant phenotype exhibited fertility impairment in adult male zebrafish. The transcriptome data compares transcriptome-wide differences between the mutant and WT groups.
