磷石膏基高值建材制备技术

主要包含本项目研发的磷石膏基高值建材制备技术，包括磷石膏的前处理研究（水洗和石灰改性）、磷石膏的改性研究（改性剂配方调控和工艺优化）及改性磷石膏复合PVC板材的配方及中试生产技术研究。由贵州开磷控股（集团）有限责任公司、贵州大学贵及贵州省产品质量检测检验院等机构采用扫描电镜（Quanta FEG 250）、分光度计（HZ6001B）、万能力学试验机（QJ212）和冲击试验机（QJLC）等设备采集数据，图表由Origin 、Photoshop等软件整理并制作而成，数据量0.97MB。This dataset mainly covers the preparation technology of phosphogypsum-based high-value building materials developed in this project, including the pretreatment research of phosphogypsum (water washing and lime modification), the modification research of phosphogypsum (modifier formula regulation and process optimization), as well as the formula and pilot-scale production technology research of modified phosphogypsum composite PVC panels. The data were collected by institutions such as Guizhou Kailin Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., Guizhou University and Guizhou Provincial Product Quality Inspection and Testing Institute using equipment including scanning electron microscope (Quanta FEG 250), spectrophotometer (HZ6001B), universal mechanical testing machine (QJ212) and impact testing machine (QJLC). The charts and graphs were organized and produced with software such as Origin and Photoshop, and the total data volume is 0.97 MB.
