电警卡口信息数据由信号机厂商(科力、中科龙安等)提供给交警支队,再由交警支队直接提供给项目。通过卡口信息数据,可以将卡口摄像头位置与基础过车数据位置信息相关联,除了能像电警那样进一步确定车辆所在车道和路口,预估车辆转向,反向卡口还能粗略判断路口排队长度,粗略估计路口拥堵状况。基于拥堵情况和时间纬度,构建三维拥堵时空分析矩阵,发现道路拥堵模式的时空关系。同时,将卡口信息与路口信息相结合,可以将相同路口的卡口数据聚合,从而计算整个路口的交通流量。
The traffic enforcement and checkpoint information dataset is supplied to the Traffic Police Detachment by signal equipment manufacturers (e.g., Keli, Zhongke Long'an, etc.), and then directly delivered to the corresponding project by the Detachment. By utilizing the checkpoint information data, the locations of checkpoint cameras can be correlated with the position information contained in basic vehicle passing datasets. Beyond enabling the identification of a vehicle's specific lane and intersection as well as the prediction of the vehicle's turning direction, just like traffic enforcement cameras do, reverse checkpoints can also roughly estimate the queue length at the intersection and preliminarily assess the traffic congestion status there. Based on congestion conditions and temporal dimensions, a three-dimensional spatiotemporal congestion analysis matrix can be constructed to reveal the spatiotemporal correlations of road congestion patterns. Meanwhile, by integrating checkpoint information with intersection-related information, checkpoint data from the same intersection can be aggregated to calculate the overall traffic flow of the entire intersection.
