A hermes transposon insert library was generated in S. pombe and the insert junctions were sequenced to determine the location and frequency of all inserts within the library. This library was then put through a round of sexual reproduction and the library was resequenced to look for frequency changes or loss of inserts. This dataset was used to determine the genes that are important for sexual reproduction.
